This project featured a new installation and grease interceptor for a Wendy’s location.
Our scope for this project was to:
- Review prints
- Order supplies
- Excavation of the trenches for the interceptor and piping
- Working with the GC to make sure tasks were coordinated
- Backfill to subgrade
This grease interceptor will help this Wendy’s location stay clean for many years!
